Insurance

Dental insurance plans are beneficial to individuals by reducing the out of pocket cost of dental treatment. Insurance plans are typically provided through an employer as a benefit. The insurance contract is between you, your employer, and the insurance provider. As such, we do not know any specific details of your insurance plan; however we are happy to assist you in finding specific information regarding your coverage either by submitting an insurance estimate on your behalf to your provider or reviewing your coverage booklet.

Payment

Our office operates on the payment on the day of service policy. What that means is you are expected to make payment on the day a service is provided. If you have insurance coverage we are happy to submit a claim to your provider who will reimburse you directly. Payment options are Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, and Cheque.

Appointment Changes

If you have an appointment that you need to change, please notify us at least 2 business days before the appointment. If you are late to your appointment we may need to reschedule to prevent long waiting times by people who have an appointment following yours.
